Position Overview:
Hearn Industrial Services is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager in the Automotive Supply Chain for the Ohio and Louisville KY Region to join our team . This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional service across our logistics, warehousing, sequencing, and value-added service offerings. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in account management, and a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain solutions in the automotive space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned automotive customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance to develop customized supply chain solutions
- Lead customer business reviews, performance reporting, and contract negotiations
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, and profitability metrics to ensure account health
- Work closely with program management and quality teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Support the implementation of new programs or services and act as the voice of the customer internally
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer strategies
Qualifications:
- Sales experience in the automotive supply chain or logistics sector
- Strong knowledge of supply chain services including sequencing, warehousing, JIT/JIS delivery, kitting, and transportation(5-7 years required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills(5-7 years required)
- Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts and develop long-term strategic partnerships(5-7 years required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred
- Ability to travel as required (up to 25%) (10+ years required)
- Driver's License

Pay $80-$110K Depending on experience + Bonus Plan and Car Allowance
