Job Summary
Construction Logistics Management Director oversees the strategic planning, procurement, transport, and on-site handling of materials and equipment, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Key responsibilities include optimizing site logistics, managing supplier relationships, improving safety compliance, reducing waste, and implementing digital tracking systems.
Wage - $100,000 -$120,000 dollars per year

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive logistics plans from project inception to close-out.
- Supply Chain & Procurement: Oversee material tracking, inventory, and supplier relationships to mitigate risks.
- Site Operations: Manage on-site traffic, cranes, hoists, storage, and waste management.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all site activities meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Technology & Optimization: Implement ERP systems (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 8–15+ years in construction, supply chain, or logistics, with 5+ years in management.
- Education: A university degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead site teams and manage complex, multi-million dollar projects

- Site Operations - (5-10 years experience)
- Construction Experience (8-15 years experience)
- Supply Chain and Procurement- (5-10 years experience)
- Technology and Optimization -(5-10 years experience ex: Procore, Bluebeam)
Education Required- University Degree in Construction management , Engineering or a related field.
